'Camps' for 2008
These come under many names: Camp, Conference or Retreat...here are the dates for the various ones across our state for 2008.
This year Denise Glen of MotherWise is to be the guest speaker in Far North Queensland, North Queensland and Central Queensland.
Denise obtained a Bachelor of Science in elementary Education and is specially certified in Early Childhood Education. Denise specialized in teaching gifted and talented children.
Using her own mothering experiences from infertility to three teenaged daughters to married children, Denise blends her warm personality with her ability to clearly define Biblical truths. Her entertaining speaking style endears her to women as she shares personal stories and uses creative visual aids to teach women about God's Word. Denise combines deep spiritual insight with the ability to relate practically.
Denise is an experienced and sought after international speaker. Denise heads up MotherWise Ministries which is based in Santa Fe. Her home base is Houston, Texas but she and her husband David will be living in Australia for four years.

Welcome, Come in and browse
The Queensland Baptist Women's Ministry site has just undergone some refurbishing! Hopefully you will now be able to 'surf' more easily around the site and find the sections that are relevant to you and your area of ministry.
We are really interested in hearing from you, so please leave a message in the Guestbook.
Is there a topic you want to explore? A question you have? The Discussions gives you the opportunity to leave your topic/question and for others to respond.
Do you have a special meeting or evening happening soon? You can add it to the Events section. Even a regular meeting can be added here. There may be someone living or visiting your area who would like to attend.
Found some good sites while surfing? You can add them to the Links page. Just follow the instructions!
Any queries about these pages to Kay Bullpitt.

Adobe Acrobat Reader
Download Adobe Acrobat Reader (download free from the internet) and be able to read any .pdf material on your computer. Follow the instructions to "Download Adobe Acrobat Reader". The graphic also shows what you can 'click on' to follow through the download process.
Adobe Acrobat is used because .pdf are normally smaller in size to download, and are 'user friendly' for all computers. The only software needed is Adobe Acrobat Reader!
They are read and/or print only files.
